Chairman’s View Process
Phase I is a 7-step process that maps and analyzes your business drivers to measure your company’s ability to generate profit in its market and your asset drivers that measure your company’s ability to be sustainable and transferable.
Through this process we assess the promise you made to the marketplace, the delivery on that promise, and your ability to keep score. We prepare an Owner’s Report that quantifies and rationalizes the overall health of your business and the value of your company as an asset. A dashboard is created to establish your company’s baseline value by rating the environment that your business operates in, as well as the environment within your business. An Action Plan is then agreed upon.

Phase II launches the Action Plan. Projects are identified, prioritized, implemented and the progress monitored, so that the value of your company can be reassessed as needed. Phase III provides you with an exit strategy in line with your personal and company objectives, whether you choose to sell or transition your business to the next generation.
