Candace Enman named Businesswoman of the Year!

Congratulations to Candace Enman, President of WelchGroup Consulting, on being named Businesswoman of the Year at the Women’s Business Network BYAs on April 20th! Candace was nominated in the Professional category for her integral role in building and growing WelchGroup Consulting.

Upon accepting the award, Candace gave a touching acceptance speech citing how thankful she is to have the full support of her parents, her husband, and her team in everything she does. Most touching of all, she thanked her children who, in her words, think that it is normal for mommy to come home and open up her laptop to do homework beside them.

Candace has been a force to be reckoned with since joining Welch, epitomizing passion and dedication in everything that she does. All of us are very proud of her, congratulations Candace!

As advisors we have routinely witnessed the problems that arise from failing to appropriately negotiate working capital targets early in the process. These problems can limit the ability of both parties to come to consensus in other areas of negotiation and can ultimately have profound impacts on the final sale price of the company.
